The side seam welder is
completely free from pollution, since it does not
produce harmful substance like in conventional
welding operations by solder and flux. This greatly

1) GANG SLITTING MACHINE |

Gang slitting machine for cutting
out body blank. Slitting of tin sheets into
particular shape and size, simultaneously by
assembled sheet in to strips, the main shaft are
hard chromed fitted with 8 male female steel
cutters, duly hardened and grinded, provided with
rubber grippers molded, fitted with specially made
heavy duty with motor starter and 'V' belts. |

2) CUTTING OF SHEETS (GUILLOTINE SHEARING MACHINE) |

These machines are the strongest
treadle guillotines available to-day. The welded
steel plate construction gives the same firm
strength and rigidity, for cutting tin-plate sheets.
These treadle guillotines are unsurpassed in
economy, accuracy and safety. The sheet hold down is
built into the machine. It holds the material very
firmly while cutting takes place and also acts as
finger guard. |

3) ROUND ROLLING MACHINE |

The machine serves to roll all
sorts of tin bodies and it has a very high output.
It can be operated easily and can be adjusted
rapidly for tin bodies of various diameters. The
rolls are of finest quality steel and run on
gunmetal bearings. |

with wire feed system, and one complete set of arm
assembly consisting of z-bar , saddle, forming

5) SIMULTANEOUS FOLDING-LOCKING
MACHINE |

The machine forms the hooks and
closes the seam in one operation. No special skill
is required in operating the machine. Tools are
supplied for closing the seams on the inside.
The operator registers the two straight
edges in the gauges provided, presses the foot
treadle and the edges are folded, hooked together
and clenched tight. Thus the side is formed.

6) DOUBLE ENDED FLANGING
MACHINE |

This machine has been developed
for flanging both ands of round cans body specially
for the larger type of decorative can where the
decoration is of the great consideration.
The machine is quickly adjustable for
varying sizes; the left hand flanging head is fixed,
the right-hand head moves along the length of the
bed.

7) DOUBLE ENDED FLANGING
MACHINE (BUMP TYPE) |

This machine has been developed
for flanging both ends of round cans body specially
for the larger type of decorative can where the
decoration is of the great consideration. The
machine is quickly adjustable for varying sizes,
where the cans to be placed on the tooling and by paddle operation takes place. |

8) POWER PRESS STAMPING TOP BOTTOM ENDS |

All the experience during years of development and
construction of presses has been drawn upon to ensure
improved output, safety in operation and long tool life.
The presses are designed in various capacities for
stamping out top and bottom lids according to size and
shape of container. |

9) COMPOUND APPLYING & CUTTING MACHINE |

The machine has been designed for applying lining
compounds on the flange of lid/bottom for round cans and
curling the flange at the same time. The ends are placed
by hand on the table and machine is operated thereby a
pedal. Revolving chuck spindle rises, lifting the
lids/bottom to a position such that the curling roll
starts the curling before the lining operation is
complete.
